Okay so I bought a metro phone the other day, for those who dont know what a metro phone is basically metro pcs is a cell phone company that started off in the bay area I believe. Finishing my story I Bought a kyocera at the time it was 50 bucks now its a100 bucks lol why it went up I have no idea. I kept the phone for about 2 months then problems with the phone start kicking in, it would shut off in between calls, my texts wouldn't go threw, I would get a text that was sent on friday, I would recieve it monday. I know your probably thinking wow how could they sale a phone like that well believe it or not they sale phones like that sorry metro don't mean to bust you out but its ridiculous. Yet I want another one its like I hear people complaing all day about metro phones yet they stay talking on one. I dont know maybe because theres no credit check, some are cheap but the service is excuse me is shitty. Maybe its the unlimited talking and texting that grabs the attention knowing you can talk all you want for one rate on price. Well that does sound pretty good if you talk alot. Whatever the reason may be metro is still making profit and we keep buying them.

I HATE metro service and the ONLY reason I still have metro is because I am just waiting 2 weeks until I get paid and I am switching to Boost (which is through Sprint) I have to go outside to get clear reception with Metro (even then my calls drop) Texts like you said may or not get through. Calls drop repeatedly.
Boost is the same monthly price with much better service. I think the reason some people aren't switching to Boost is because either they don't know about Boost yet or are leary of it.
(BTW I had a Kyocera too but had good luck with it- it was my favorite phone and I loved the Qwerty keyboard)
